Das Zimmer ist 10 m2 groß und hat einen Einbauschrank an der Wand, der viel Platz spart und bei der Organisation hilft, der Ort ist gut beleuchtet und wird unmöbliert übernommen.
Das Zimmer ist insgesamt sehr schön, aber leider hat die Person, die dort gewohnt hat, drinnen geraucht, so dass das Zimmer nach Rauch riecht, deswegen empfehlen wir dir, das Zimmer zu streichen, um den Geruch zu entfernen. So hast du ein schönes Zimmer, das du nach deinen Wünschen einrichten kannst.
Aufgrund dieses Ereignisses ist es verboten, in der Wohnung oder im Zimmer zu rauchen, aber es gibt einen Balkon, wo man rauchen kann.

The room is 10 m2 and has a built-in closet on the wall which saves a lot of space and helps with organization, the place is well lit and is taken over unfurnished.
The room is generally very nice, but unfortunately the person who lived there smoked inside, so the room smells of smoke, so we recommend you to paint the room to remove the smell. This will leave you with a beautiful space that you can organize according to your own taste.
Because of this event it is forbidden to smoke in the apartment or in the room, but there is a balcony where you can smoke.
Die Wohnung ist 8 Minuten zu Fuß von der Haltestelle entfernt, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu Rewe, Aldi oder Dm.
Die Hochschule Darmstadt oder die TU sind 10 bis 15 Minuten entfernt, wenn du die Linie 8 oder 6 nimmst.
Die Wohnung hat also eine gute Lage.

The flat is 8 minutes walk from the bus stop, 5 minutes walk to Rewe, Aldi or Dm.
The Hochschule Darmstadt or the TU are 10 to 15 minutes away if you take line 8 or 6.

Hallihallo ich bin Ruth, bin Studentin an der Hochschule Darmstadt und arbeite nebenbei. Hier leben noch Mi und Jefferson beide Studenten an der TU.
Bevor du dich bewirbst, ist es gut zu wissen, dass Sauberkeit hier sehr wichtig ist und dass die Aufgaben laut Putzplan gemacht werden müssen. Da das Studieren und Arbeiten Energie erfordert, haben Partys in diesem Bereich keine Priorität, da eine gute Nachtruhe wichtig ist. Natürlich gibt es Zeiten, in denen man sich austauschen oder gemeinsam kochen oder etwas unternehmen kann ^^. Und gleichzeitig deine Privatsphäre wird auf jeden Fall respektiert.
Wir erwarten von dir, dass du ein rücksichtsvoller Mensch bist, einen guten und höflichen Umgang mit anderen hast und vor allem nicht Partys in der Wohnung organisierst. Und natürlich, dass du deine Aufgaben einmal pro Woche nach dem Putzplan erledigst.

Hi, I'm Ruth, I'm a student at the Hochschule Darmstadt and work part-time. In the WG live 3 people (2 girls and a boy), the atmosphere in the WG is friendly.
Before you apply, it's good to know that cleanliness is very important here and chores have to be done according to the cleaning schedule. Since studying and working requires energy, parties are not a priority in this area, if you like Party hier is not the place. Of course, there are times when you can share or cook or do something together ^^ but your privacy will also respected.
We expect you to be a considerate person, to have good and polite interactions with others, and especially not to like to organize parties in the apartment. And of course, that you do your chores once a week according to the cleaning schedule.
