Die WG ist sehr günstig gelegen (100 Meter von der Kuppelkirche entfernt, 8 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Luisenplatz). Es ist ruhig, angenehme Nachbarn, viel Grün vor dem Fenster. Parkplätze sind auf Grund der Innenstadt nähe leider etwas rar.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß, wurde vor zwei Jahren renoviert. Zwei nette Mitbewohner (ein Informatiker, eine Politikwissenschaftlerin) gibt es kostenlos oben drauf. Bad mit Badewanne, Küche mit allen Schikanen.
Natürlich Kabel- und DSL-Anschluss.
Und so solltest Du idealerweise sein:
* nicht zu ruhig und nicht zu wild
* nicht zu chaotisch
* total super nett
Weil so sind wir ja auch ;)
