ich suche eine(n) Mitbewohner(in) zur Zwischenmiete für mein WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist hell, mit hohen Decken, Flügeltüren und komplett möbliert. Die Wohnung befindet sich in dem wunderschönen Stadtteil Bessungen direkt gegenüber vom Prinz Emil Garten.
Ich geht für ein Praktikum für 4 Monate ins Ausland und suche deshalb eine Person, die vom 01. April bis 31. Juli in meiner wunderbaren WG wohnen möchte.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer:
• Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß, hat sehr hohe Decken und einen wunderschönen Holzboden
• Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Regal sind vorhanden und werden mit vermietet
• Ein großes Fenster in Richtung Osten, für das perfekte Aufwachen mit der Sonne.
Unsere Wohnung hat insgesamt 116 qm und ist mit zahlreichen Fenstern immer sehr hell. Wir haben eine große Küche (im Winter unsere gute Stube) und ein riesiges Wohnzimmer (mit sehr weichem Teppich), die viel genutzte Gemeinschaftsräume sind. Neben einem großen Bad mit Toilette, Dusche und Badewanne haben wir auch noch eine kleine separate Toilette, falls es mal ganz dringend ist...
Die Miete inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet, GEZ) beträgt 460 Euro pro Monat.

I am looking for a roommate for my shared flat. The room is bright, with high ceilings, double doors and fully furnished. The apartment is located in the beautiful district of Bessungen directly opposite Prinz Emil Garten.
I am going abroad for an internship for 4 months and am therefore looking for a person who would like to live in my wonderful shared apartment from April 1st to July 31st.
Your future room:
- The room is 15 square meters, has very high ceilings and a beautiful wooden floor
- Bed, desk, wardrobe and shelves are available and will be rented with the room
- A large window facing east, for a perfect wake-up with the sun.
Our apartment has a total of 116 square meters and is always very bright with numerous windows. We have a large kitchen and a huge living room (with a very soft carpet), which are much-used communal areas. In addition to a large bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub, we also have a small separate toilet in case it is very urgent...
The rent is 460 euros per month including all additional costs (electricity, water, heating, internet, GEZ).
Die WG liegt in Bessungen gegenüber vom Prinz Emil Garten. Mit dem Fahrrad und der Tram ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Stadtmitte oder an allen Unis von Darmstadt. Falls man mal ein wenig Grün sehen will, ist neben dem Prinz Emil Garten ist auch die Orangerie nicht weit.
Als Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Rewe, Aldi, Alnatura, Netto, Penny und Edeka in einem 10 Minuten zu Fußweg Radius um unsere Wohnung verteilt.

The shared flat is located in Bessungen opposite Prinz Emil Garten. You can be in the city center or at any of Darmstadt's universities within 10 minutes by bike or streetcar. If you want to see a bit of greenery, the Orangerie is not far from the Prinz Emil Garten.
Shopping facilities include Rewe, Aldi, Alnatura, Netto, Penny and Edeka, all within a 10-minute walk of our apartment.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Anna-Lena und Marleen (Lee). Sie studieren beide hier in Darmstadt, aber ihre wahre Leidenschaft ist das Kochen. Gemeinsame Kochabende sind bei uns keine Seltenheit, und gerne werden neue Rezepte aus verschiedenen Küchen der Welt ausprobiert. Wird mal nicht gekocht, gehören auch gemeinsame Bastelaktionen von Dekorationen zu unseren WG-Aktivitäten. Natürlich dürfen auch Serienmarathons und Spieleabende nicht zu kurz kommen und wir freuen uns immer über neue Empfehlungen.
Außerhalb unseres trauten Heims gehen wir gerne zusammen auf Konzerte, sind in Bars unterwegs, gehen tanzen oder etwas essen.
Wenn du gerne kochst, bastelst und dich in einer herzlichen Atmosphäre wohl fühlst, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Schreib uns eine Nachricht und erzähl ein wenig über dich (wie zum Beispiel dein Lieblingsgewürz oder deine Lieblingsserie). Wir freuen uns darauf, dich kennenzulernen!

Your future flatmates are Anna-Lena and Marleen (Lee). They both study here in Darmstadt, but their real passion is cooking. Cooking evenings together are not uncommon, and they love trying out new recipes from different cuisines around the world. When we're not cooking, our shared flat activities also include decorating together. Of course, series marathons and games evenings are also a must and we are always happy to receive new recommendations.
Outside of our home, we enjoy going to concerts together, going out to bars, restaurants or dancing.
