Hey bei uns wird ein Zimmer frei, das ist so ugnefähr 16 qm groß. Hohe decken und der ganze klischee studenten kram ist auch hier. Wir haben auch einen wundervollen Balkon in den innenhof wo man grillen kann im Sommer.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert vermietet, aber das gestell vom Hochbett bleibt drin! Die breite für die Matratze ist 1.60m.
Wir haben sogar ein wohnzimmer indem es sich sehr schön entspannen lässt.
Bus station direkt gegenüber, man geht nicht mal eine minute und ist schon da. 15 minuten bis zum herren garten wenn man echt langsam zu fuß geht und 5 minuten mit dem fahrrad! Einkaufen auch top, kann man ebenfalls zu fuß machen und muss nichtmal an einer einzigen ampel warten.
Echt unkompliziertes WG-Leben, durch die wasch/spülmaschine gibts auch keine putzplan dramen. Artur ist fertig studiert und arbeitet, Sofian ist aber Maschinenbau student. Wäre top wenn du schon wg leben erfahrung mitbringst!
