Hallo,
Wir sind ein junges Paar (33 & 34) mit zwei Kindern (1 und 5 Jahre).
Wir suchen ab 01.05.2024 einen Menschen der gerne mit uns ein 3-stöckiges Reihenhaus am Rande von Darmstadt teilt.
Entfernungen zu Fuß: Bushaltestelle 5 Minuten, Hauptbahnhof 10 Min, Hochschule Darmstadt 8 Min, Supermarkt 6 Min.
Dir würde ein Zimmer im 1. OG gehören. Das Zimmer ist möbliert: 1x Bett, 1x Stuhl und 1x Tisch. Auf der Etage gibt es ein geräumiges Bad, welches gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird, sowie die Küche und der Garten im Erdgeschoss. Auf deiner Ebene befinden sich 2 weitere Zimmer in denen momentan zwei Studentinnen leben. Ein weiteres WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Das Wohnzimmer kann gerne mit genutzt werden, wenn dich unsere Gesellschaft und die der Kinder nicht stört.
Wir kochen gerne, mögen Musik machen, singen, sowie hören, Filmabende und tanzen. Wir haben reichlich WG Erfahrung und nehmen gerne Studenten oder berufstätige Menschen auf. Die Chemie muss passen, Alter und Geschlechtszugehörigkeit spielen keine Rolle für uns. Du solltest dich wohlfühlen mit einer Familie mit sehr jungen Kindern zu leben und Verständnis für deren Emotionen und Bedürfnisse haben.

We are a young couple (33 & 34) with two children (0 and 5 years).
From May 1st, 2024 we are looking for a person who would like to share a 3-story terraced house with us on the outskirts of Darmstadt.
Distances on foot: bus stop 5 minutes, main train station 10 minutes, Darmstadt University 8 minutes, supermarket 6 minutes.
You would own a room on the 1st floor. The room is furnished: 1x bed, 1x chair and 1x table. There is a spacious bathroom on the same floor, which is shared, as well as the kitchen and the garden on the ground floor. On your floor there are two more rooms, currently rented out to two students. Another toilet is on the ground floor. You can also use the living room if you don't mind our company and that of the children.
We like cooking, playing music, singing, theme parties and dancing. We have plenty of shared apartment experience and are happy to accommodate students or working people. The chemistry has to be right, age and gender don't matter to us. You should be comfortable living with a family with very young children and understanding of their emotions and needs.
