Ich suche aktuell eine*n Untermieter*in von Anfang Mai bis Anfang August. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 12. Stock im Haus 6A, man muss aber (glücklicherweise) nicht die Treppen benutzen, weil es zwei Aufzüge gibt. Sämtliche Möbel sind vom Wohnheim bereitgestellt (Bett, Tisch, Schrank, Stuhl, Hängeregal) und das Zimmer ist dank des großen Fensters immer schön hell. Außerdem verfügt das Zimmer über einen echt schnellen Internetanschluss, was bei Wohnheimen nicht unbedingt die Norm ist.
Das Bad wird mit einem WG-Mitbewohner geteilt und die große Küche/Gemeinschaftsbereich wird von allen genutzt.
Außerdem kann eine einzelne, komplett abschließbare Fahrradbox mitbenutzt werden.
I am currently looking for someone to sublet my room to from the beginning of May to the beginning of August. The room is on the 12th floor in house 6A, but (luckily) you don't have to use the stairs because there are two elevators. All the furniture is provided (bed, table, wardrobe, chair, shelf) and thanks to the large window, there is always a lots of sunlight coming in. The room also has a really good internet connection, which is not necessarily the norm in student dorms.
The bathroom is shared with a flatmate and the large kitchen/communal area is used by everyone.
A single, fully lockable bicycle box can also be used.
Der Karlshof liegt in der Nähe der schönen Mathildenhöhe und des Martinsviertels. Man ist in 5-7 min an der Bushaltestelle "Am Karlshof", von wo aus der Bus 5 min zum Schloss braucht und etwa 15 min zum Hauptbahnhof. Zum Stadtmitte Campus der TU lauf ich auch ganz gerne, dauert etwa 15 min.
Karlshof is located near the beautiful residential areas Mathildenhöhe and Martinsviertel. It takes 5-7 minutes to get to the bus stop "Am Karlshof", from where the bus takes 5 minutes to the Schloss and about 15 minutes to the main station. I also like walking to the TU city center campus, which takes about 15 minutes.
In dieser WG wohnen drei weitere Stundenten und sie dient hauptsächlich als Zweck-WG, in der jeder sein eigenes Ding macht und seinen eigenen Alltag hat. Wenn man sich begegnet, unterhält man sich natürlich trotzdem mal gern oder begrüßt sich. Alle drei sind internationale Studenten, aber jeder kann sich auf Deutsch oder Englisch verständigen.
Three other students live in this flat share and it mainly serves as a functional flat share where everyone does their own thing and has their own daily routine. Of course, when you see each other, you feel free to chat or say hello. All three flatmates are international students, but everyone can communicate in German or English.
Das Zimmer kann ausschließlich an Studenten der TU Darmstadt oder HDA vermietet werden und es wird eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung und das Semesterticket als Dokument benötigt.
