we are a young couple (33 & 34) with two children (1 and 5 years).
From May 1st, 2024 we are looking for a person who would like to share a 3-story terraced house with us on the outskirts of Darmstadt.
Distances on foot: bus stop 3 min., main railway station 10 min., grocery store 6 min.
Your room is on 1st floor and is partially furnished: 1x bed, 1x chair and 1x table. There is a spacious bathroom on the same floor, which is shared, as well as the kitchen and garden on the ground floor. On your floor there are two more rooms, currently rented out to two students. Another toilet is on the ground floor. You can also use the living room if you don't mind our company and that of the children.
We like to cook, play music and theme parties. We have plenty of shared apartment experience and are happy to accommodate students or working people. The chemistry has to be right, age and gender don't matter to us. You should be comfortable living with a family with very young children and understanding of their emotions and needs.
