Dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat 20 qm und befindet sich im 2. Stock in einem sanierten Altbau mit einer Deckenhöhe von 4m und vermittelt somit ein schönes Raumgefühl. Es ist durch ein großes Fenster sehr hell und bietet genug Platz für alles was man braucht. Zusätzlich ist das Zimmer nach Westen ausgerichtet und man kann die Abendsonne genießen. Das Zimmer wird möbliert.
Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind die Küche mit einer Essecke und das Bad. Das Bad ist ausgestattet mit einer Dusche, einem Waschbecken, einer Waschmaschine und einem großen Spiegel. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestatt mit Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank mit Gefriertruhe. In der Miete ist Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Telefon und Internet enthalten. Im Gebäude gibt es auch einen Aufzug.

Your future room has 20 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor in a renovated old building with a ceiling height of 4m and therefore conveys a nice feeling of space. It is very bright thanks to a large window and offers enough space for everything you need. In addition, the room faces west and you can enjoy the evening sun. The room is subleted furnished.
The common areas are the kitchen with a dining area and the bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a washing machine and a large mirror. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. The rent includes electricity, heating, water, telephone and internet. There is also an elevator in the building.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist direkt an der Haltestelle Rhein-/Neckarstraße (1 min Fußweg). Somit sind TU Stadtmitte oder Lichtwiese wie auch HDA in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Alnatura, Apotheke, etc) sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Hier mal ein paar Zeiten:
TU Stadtmitte: 10 min zu Fuß
TU Lichtwiese: 20min mit der Straßenbahn
HDA: 15 min zu Fuß / 6 min mit dem Bus
Luisenplatz: 7 min zu Fuß
Hauptbahnhof: 15 min zu Fuß / 5 min mit der Straßenbahn

The apartment is very centrally located and is directly at the Rhein-/Neckarstraße stop (1 minute walk). This means that TU Stadtmitte or Lichtwiese as well as HDA can be reached in a very short time. Shops (Netto, Alnatura, pharmacy, etc) are all within walking distance. Here are a few times:
TU Stadtmitte: 10 minutes on foot
TU Lichtwiese: 20 minutes by tram
HDA: 15 minutes on foot / 6 minutes by bus
Luisenplatz: 7 minutes on foot
Central station: 15 minutes on foot / 5 minutes by tram
Ihre zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Tobi (24) und Tim (25). Beide studieren irgendwas mit IT an der HDA und sind eigentlich für jeden Spaß zu haben. Sie trinken gerne das ein oder andere Bier am Fenster oder machen einfach mal einen Ausflug. Sie haben beide ein offenes Ohr und plaudern gerne. Generell ist das WG-Leben sehr entspannt. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Raum und man muss nicht immer etwas miteinander zu tun haben. Jeder wie er/sie will!

Your future roommates are Tobi (24) and Tim (25). They are both studying something related to IT at the HDA and are actually up for fun. They like to drink a beer or two at the window or simply go on a trip. They both have open ears and love to chat. In general, shared apartment life is very relaxed. Everyone has their own space and you don't always have to have something to do with each other. Everyone as he/she wants!
Wir suchen jemanden der sauber, ordentlich und offen ist.
Jemand mit dem man quatschen kann aber auch respektiert wenn man mal seine Zeit für sich braucht.
