Das helle Zimmer liegt im Haus 6 des Studentenwohnheim Karlshof. Die WG besteht aus sechs freundlichen Mitbewohnern, ist per Aufzug erreichbar und verfügt über einen großzügigen Koch- und Wohnbereich. Es stehen zwei Bäder zur Verfügung.
Die Möblierung entspricht den Fotos, ohne das weiße Regal und den Schreibtischstuhl. Alle Gegenstände, die auf den Fotos zu sehen sind, sind kein Teil des Mietvertrags.
Ein Parkplatz für Autos kann für 5€ mtl. dazu vermietet werden.

I am offering my room for subtenancy from June 30th, 2024 to September 30th, 2024. Rental is only possible to students at a university in Darmstadt.
The bright room is located in house 6 of the Karlshof student residence. The shared apartment consists of six friendly flatmates, is accessible by elevator and has a spacious cooking and living area. There are two bathrooms available.
The furniture corresponds to the photos, without the white shelf and the desk chair. All items shown in the photos are not part of the rental agreement.
A parking space for cars can be rented for €5 per month.
