Wir suchen zum 1.4. einen netten Nachmieter oder eine nette Nachmieterin für ein ca. 17qm großes Zimmer mit zwei Fenstern (also sehr hell). Die Wohnung ist groß, richtig schön und hat einen gemütlichen Balkon sowie ein Wohnzimmer. Der Herrngarten liegt etwa 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt (TU-Stadtmitte daher auch max. 5 Minuten), die Haltestelle Pallaswiesenstraße ist ca. 2 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kiosk, Aldi, Tengelmann, Tegut etc. sind um die Ecke (ca. 5 Minuten).
Die beiden Mitbewohnerinnen Kadda(24) und Coco (26) studieren beide an der EFH in Darmstadt und sind beide sehr umgängliche Zeitgenossinnen.
