Hallo!
Ich (Stella) ziehe leider Mitte Juli aus und daher suchen wir einen freundlichen und aufgeschlossen Nachmieter/in. Mein Zimmer ist ca. 23 m² groß und kostet 313€. Dazu kommen noch 65€ Nebenkosten (Strom & Gas).
Die Wohnung beträgt 80 m² und ist hell und freundlich. Wir haben ein großes gemeinsames Wohnzimmer und eine schöne Küche.
Die WG liegt sehr nahe zur Innenstadt (zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar), außerdem ist die Haltestelle des K-Busses und der S-Bahnen 3 & 9 ganz in der Nähe. Der Rewe ist gleich um die Ecke (3 Minuten zu Fuß).
