Hallo Leute,
wir suchen ab 1. Februar, nach Absprache evtl. auch etwas früher, eine nette Nachmieterin für ein Zimmer in einer 3er WG. Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, einer Küche und einem Bad verbunden durch einen Korridor. Deine neuen Mitbewohner, Walter (Biologie-Doktorand) und Johanna ( Mathestudentin) sind sehr nett und locker. Walter ist Italiener, aber du kannst mit ihm auch englisch sprechen. Er möchte gerne deutsch lernen.
Dein Zimmer selbst ist mit dunklem Laminat ausgelegt und die Wände sind weiß. Man empfängt Internet über W-Lan. Das Zimmer hat ca. 15 qm. Wenn man noch ein eigenes Waschbecken im Zimmer haben möchte sind Anschlüsse dazu da. Die Waschmaschine kannst du auch mitbenutzen.
Der L-Bus hält etwa jede 15 Minuten praktisch vor der Haustür. Die Straßbenbahn ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Rewe, Schlecker, u.s.w. sind gleich um die Ecke. Im Hinterhof ist genügend Platz um dein Fahrrad abzustellen. Ich habe sehr gern hier gewohnt und würde auch weiterhin hier wohnen bleiben wenn ich beruflich nicht weg ziehen müsste!
