Das Zimmer hat drei grosse Fenster,von denen eines auf den kleinen, gemütlichen Garten geht und zwei auf die Strasse.
Das Zimmer bzw die Wohnung liegt in einem alten, sanierten Haus am Rand des Martinsviertel und ist super, um zur Bahn, zum Bus zu kommen. Zu Fuss dauerts bis in die Innenstadt (Schloss)10 Minuten.
Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Rewe) liegen um die Ecke, genauso wie viele schoene Kaffees und kleine Geschäfte.
Bett,Schreibtisch und Stuhl sind vorhanden.
