dein Zimmer ist schön, hell und komplett möbliert Zimmer. Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche mit voller Ausstattung und ein traumhaftes, riesiges Bad mit einer Badewanne und Dusche. Außerdem gelangt man von der Küche aus auf einen großen Balkon, wo man an warmen Tagen auch die Möglichkeit zum Grillen hat.
Dein Mitbewohner arbeitet bei Merck, ist aber meistens übers Wochenende daheim bei sich in Köln, also hast du die Wohnung das ganze Wochenende für dich.
Für Februar zahlst du natürlich nur 50% der Miete.
