Da ich zum zum 31.08. wegen eines Uni-Wechsels ausziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein sehr schönes helles Zimmer in der Frankfurter Straße. Die Wohnung ist eine 2er WG und liegt unmittelbar am Willy-Brandt-Platz, dh. ca. 5 Gehminuten zur TU Stadtmitte bzw. zur Innenstadt und beste Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus und Straßenbahn. Der Bahnhof ist mit Bus o. Bahn in ca. 10 min zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert, Küche sollte für einen geringen Betrag übernommen werden (Preis verhandelbar)!
