Hallo,
ich werde zum 01.05 aus meiner WG in zentraler Lage im Martinsviertel ausziehen und suche daher dringend eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für die Zeit von Mai bis im Oktober das Zimmer wieder fest vermietet werden kann. Wenn du dich aber bis dahin gut eingelebt hast könnte es auch sehr gut sein, dass du dann einen festen Vertrag bekommst.
Die WG ist in der Müllerstraße gelegen und damit gerade mal 5 Minuten Fußweg von der TU und etwa 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt.
Die Mitbewohner hier sind sehr offen und kochen häufig gemeinsam oder unternehmen etwas.
