Hallo !
Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist 17m2 gross, hat ein Fenster Richtung Norden ( Richtung Bürgerpark - kein Lärm ),eine Balkontür zur Loggia und Lamiatboden. Es wird unmöbliert frei.
Das Einzugsdatum kann verhandelt werden, muss nicht zwingend der 15.Juni sein, geht auch 1. Juli :-)!
Deine beiden neuen Mitbewohner sind Studenten hier in Darmstadt und in Frankfurt.
Ab November wird wahrscheinlich noch ein Zimmer frei, da ein Mibewohner auszieht.
Da ich schlecht zu erreichen bin schreibt einfach eine Email und wir machen dann einen Termin für die Besichtigungen aus :-)
