Werde ab August für ein bis zwei Semester ins Ausland gehen und suche deshalb eine/n Zwischenmiete/r. Die Dauer ist zZ noch unklar. Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, nur Lattenrost und Matratze müssten mitgebracht werden.
Das Zimmer:
hell, zentral gelegen, 17m² groß mit Holzdielboden in freundlicher 2er WG, Küche und Bad (Siehe Bilder)
Zum Herrngarten ca. 2 Gehminuten, zur Innenstadt etwa 10.
REWE im Viertel ganz in der Nähe und ALDI (am Hundertwasserhaus) ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
Sehr gute Anbindung an BUS u. BAHN:
Haltestelle Pallaswiesenstraße in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar (allmögliche Bahnen nach DA-Mitte, DA-Eberstadt oder DA-Arheiligen, DA-Kranichstein.
H-Bus Haltestelle ist in ca. 2 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
