Hallo ihr Lieben,
wie (Sarah 27, Studentin und Lisa 26, berufstätig) suchen eine/e lustige, unkomplizierte, Selbstständige neue Mitbewohner/in für unsere tolle Wohnung im Johannesviertel. Wie sind keine Zweck-WG, gehen hin und wieder aus, kochen zusammen oder grillen im Garten. Das Übliche halt :-)
Wünschenswert wäre, dass du min 25 Jahre alt bist, gerne auch berufstätig (jedenfall bitte kein Ersti), WG-erfahren und stubenrein :-), unternehmungslustig aber nicht jeden Abend auf Party-Safari unterwegs.
Das 28qm große Zimmer hat Zugang zum Balkon und ist aufgeteilt in zwei Bereiche (15 und 13qm). Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer und unsere Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Wir brauchen jemanden mit einem grünen Daumen, einer Kaffeemaschine und jemand der die Minibar verwaltet.
