Die Wohnung ist ca 65qm groß und typischer Altbau mit hohen Decken und Holzfußboden. Es gibt eine Küche mit Waschmaschine und ein Bad mit kleiner Badewanne. Zum Garten (inklusive Hinterhofkatzen) raus liegt das Wohnzimmer mit Balkon.
Es wird ein Zimmer frei, da mein Mitbewohner für ein Jahr auszieht. Im Zimmer sind noch ein Schrank, Bett, Regal und Schreibtisch. Einzelne Sachen kann man auch problemlos in den Keller auslagern.
Ich bin 24 und studiere im Master. Ich freue mich auf eine nette Nachfolge für meinen jetzigen Mitbewohner :)
