Hallo zusammen,
da ich leider sehr kurzfristig ausziehen muss vermiete ich mein schönes großes WG-Zimmer ab dem 1.April weiter.
Das Zimmer ist 21qm groß,sehr hell & gemütlich, da es 2 große Fenster hat. ...Also viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen!!! :)
Zudem hat die Wohnung noch Bad, Küche, die beiden Zimmer meiner sehr netten & lustigen Mitbewohner und einen Balkon auf dem auch geraucht werden kann. Für Fahrräder o.ä. ist im Keller Platz.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. In 2-3min. ist man an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle und nach 3 Stationen am Schloß- bzw. nach 4 Stationen am Luisenplatz. Ein Rewe der bis 24Uhr auf hat ist 2 Straßen weiter und sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
In dem Preis von 325€ sind alle Nebenkosten, Internet und Telefon enthalten!
