Das Zimmer ist sehr schön mit großem Fenster, also Licht durchflutet. Im Zimmer lasse ich ein Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Sofa.
Das Zimmer liegt im dritten Stock in der Neckarstraße und kann mit einem Aufzug erreicht werden. Die nächste Bahnhaltestelle ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Rhein-Neckarstasse,Richtung Eberstadt Linien 1/6/7/8 und alle Möglichkeiten Richtung Hauptbahnhof oder Luisenplatz).Das Zimmer liegt direkt an der Stadt, zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die H-da ist in 5 Minuten und Die TU in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist direkt neben einer Tankstelle, falls ihr kurzfristig etwas kleines braucht, besonders Sonntags :). Die AOK ist auch nebenan. Es gibt eine sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit, denn direkt neben dran ist ein sehr großer Parkplatz auf dem man kostenlos parken kann.
Die Mitbewohner sind sehr nett, aber es ist keine Zweck-WG.
Da ich mein Praktikum machen muss, biete ich das Zimmer zur Zwischen - miete von April bis September an.Es besteht die Möglichkeit das Zimmer nach Absprache auch für noch ca 2 Monate länger zu vermieten.
