Hallo liebe Interessenten,
ich ziehe aus unserer 2er-WG aus und somit wird ab dem 01.08.2012 ein ca. 25qm großes Zimmer (mit Balkon, zum Hinterhof) in Innenstadtlage in der Nähe des Herrngartens frei. Das Zimmer kostet kalt 300€, die NK belaufen sich auf ca. 50€. Die Wohnung selbst umfasst 2ZKB verteilt auf ca. 58qm. Eine KBK ist vorhanden, eine Waschmaschine kann mitgebracht oder aber mit der jetzigen Mitbewohnerin abgesprochen werden. Die WG teilt sich mit Euch eine 30-Jahre junge Dame (berufstätig, unternehmungslustig), die an den Wochenenden überwiegend abwesend ist, da sie Wochenend-Heimfahrerin ist.
