Hallo,
wir suchen einen netten neuen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin ab dem 1.8.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 11 qm. Eine Wand ist in einem schönen grünen Farbton gehalten (kann natürlich bei Bedarf überstrichen werden).
Des Weiteren steht ein Bad mit Dusch/Badewannen-Kombination und eine voll ausgestattete Küche zur Verfügung.
Die WG besitzt eine sehr zentrale Lage. Wir sind 2min von der Innenstadt entfernt und die nähesten Haltestellen sind Schulstraße oder Heinrichstraße, aber auch Schloß und Luisenplatz sind in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Generell ist man zu Fuß auch überall wo man hinwill.
Die nächsten Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind ein Aldi (4min) und ein Rewe (5min).
Für die zentrale Lage ist es dennoch sehr Ruhig.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Jana (Studentin) und Martin (Student).
