Hallo!
Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für ein Zimmer in meiner WG. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und hat einen eigenen Balkon und eine große Fensterfront. Der Balkon geht zur Straße raus und man kann im Sommer abends schön draußen sitzen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Haltestelle Alexanderstraße/TU liegt fast direkt vor der Haustür. Die Busse F,H und KU fahren alle 7 Minuten abewechselnd. Die Verbindungen sind folglich sehr gut. Bis zum Schloss sind es ca. 5 Gehminuten.
Direkt in der Nähe sind ein Penny und ein Rewe, man muss also keinen allzu großen Strecken für den Einkauf zurücklegen.
Es ist wichtig, dass du Student/in bist, denn es handelt sich bei der Wohnung um eine Studenten-WG des Bauvereins und der möchte eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung sehen.
