Das Zimmer 1 ist vom 15.Juli bis zum 11.Oktober 2012 frei, da ich in den Semesterferien nicht da sein werde.
Die WG ist aufgebaut wie in einem Hotel, es besteht aus einem langen Flur, wo rechts und links Zimmer sind.
Es gibt ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und einer Küche.
Draußen gibt es eine große Terasse mit Bedachung, im Sommer ideal zum Grillen.
Die Mitbewohner (6Männer) sind überwiegend unterwegs, es handelt sich um eine Zweck WG.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 250€, wobei für den Juli und den Oktober die halbe Miete, also 125€ zählt.
Falls Interesse besteht bitte melde Dich bei mir, damit wir einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen können. :)
Zu Fuß ist der Bahnhof in Messel in 5-10 min zu erreichen, die Regio fährt direkt zum Darmstädter Hauptbahnhof.
