Das Studentenwohnheim liegt zentral in Darmstadt, 4 Minuten Fußweg zur Haltestelle Rhein-/Neckarstraße. Von dort aus ist man in 4 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof bzw. in 2 Minuten am Luisenplatz. Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon, der vor allem jetzt bei schönem Wetter zum Grillen einlädt. Das Zimmer ist nicht an der Straßenseite, sodass man es ziemlich leise hat. Aber auch das Wohnheim an sich ist relativ sauber und ruhig. Die Gesamtmiete ab sofort bis Ende September inklusive aller Nebenkosten beträgt 300,00 €.
It's a room available for rent until the end of september. The room is in a dormitory but it is not necessary to be a student. The dorm is located in the centre of Darmstadt, it takes only 4 minutes to walk to the bus station Rhein-/Neckarstraße, from where you can reach Hauptbahnhof in 4 minutes and Luisenplatz in 2 minutes. The room has its own balcony that can be used to enjoy barbeques. It's also relatively quiet since it does not face the street. The dorm itself is quite clean and calm. To rent this room would cost 300 € in total for the whole time.
