Da unsere Mitbewohnerin Ende September/Anfang Oktober auszieht, suchen wir Ersatz für unsere 3er-Studenten WG. Unsere Dachgeschoss-Wohnung (105qm) liegt in einer Seitenstraße am Willy-Brandt-Platz direkt am Herrngarten. Zur Uni-Stadtmitte sind es nur 5min durch den Park. Die Wohnung hat eine neue Küche, ein Bad, eine seperate Toilette,ein großen Flur und ein Wohnzimmer. Das Zimmer ist ca. 21qm groß,mit Dachschräge und sehr hell.
-Haltestelle (in alle Richtungen) vor der Tür
-5min zur Innenstadt
-5min zur Uni (Stadtmitte)
-12min mit dem Bus zur Uni-Lichtwiese
Wir sind 2 Studenten im 5 Semester und suchen ein/e nette/n Mitbewohner/in die/der gut in unsere WG passt.
Am besten kommst du vorbei und lernst uns persönlich kennen.
Wenn du Interesse hast schreib uns einfach eine Mail, in der du Dich kurz vorstellt. Besichtigungen finden dann nach Absprache voraussichtlich am 17.8 und 19.8 statt.
