Ich gebe mein Zimmer in einer netten Studenten-WG auf.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß, wobei eine Raumecke durch eine Dachschräge nur eingeschränkt nutzbar ist. Der Raum ist ungefähr 3m breit und etwas mehr als 5m lang. Vom Fenster hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Herrngarten und die Elisabethenkirche.
Die Haltestelle Pallaswiesenstraße ist gerade einmal 50m entfernt. Dort fahren Straßenbahnen in Richtung Stadtmitte und Hauptbahnhof. Die Haltestelle Willi-Brandt-Platz ist in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Von dort fährt auch der K-Bus zur TU-Lichtwiese.
Der Campus Stadtmitte liegt auf der anderen Seite des Herrngartens. In 5-10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß zur Mensa gelaufen.
Nach 10-15 Minuten Fußweg schafft man es auch zum teegut, Netto und Penny. Ca. 100m entfernt ist "Alaras Getränkeshop II" an der Frankfurter Straße. Dort kann man sich auch Sonntags noch bis 22.00 Uhr mit Getränken eindecken.
Die WG ist eine typische Studentenbude. Die beiden Mitbewohner sind sehr nett. Einer studiert Architektur an der TU, die andere studiert Pflegewissenschaften an der EFH.
Geputzt wird nach Putzplan im 2-Wochen-Rhythmus. Die Küche ist nicht die größte, aber gut ausgestattet.
Zu der Kaution von 300€ kommen noch 50€ Abschlag für den neuen Kühlschrank hinzu.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.
