ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer in der Feldbergstraße 5.
Das Zimmer wurde vor einem Monat neu gestrichen und ein Laminatboden verlegt. (Daher setze ich eine Abschlagszahlung an)
Das Zimmer kann je nach Absprache teilw. möbliert bleiben.
Es ist sehr hell und für die Größe super geschnitten.
Das Zimmer ist perfekt für Studenten. Der monatliche Mietpreis ist für diese zentrale Lage unschlagbar.
Das Zimmer liegt sehr zentral. Man hat eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Haltestelle Rhein/Neckarstraße. S-Bahn Linien 2,5). Der Fußweg bis zur Universität beträgt ca. 10-15 Minuten. Zum Bahnhof hat man es auch nicht weit, der Fußweg beträg ca. 7-10 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt am Luisenplatz und in der Innenstadt.
Es ist das übliche WG Leben angesagt. Es herrscht eine lockere Atmosphäre und die Hausarbeit wird fair geteilt.
Die momentanen Mitbewohner sind supernett und ordentlich.
