Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß im Dachgeschoss. Hier wohnen 3 Männer und 1 eine und deswegen suchen wir eine Frau.
Jedes Zimmer hat eigene Waschbecken. PVC Boden. Im Zimmer sind Regale eingbaut, die als Schrank benutzt werden können. Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert abgegeben.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. 2min Fuß zu REWE, Bäckerei 5 min, TUD 5 min, Haltestelle 'Friedrich Ebert Platz' 2min, 2min zum Dönerladen, Cafe Bars 2min, Stadtmitte mit L Bus 7min, zu Fuß 10min.
In unserer WG wohnen
Jens 39J, Berenike 39J, Daniel 35J, Ömer 36J. Wir sind alle Berufstätige, und es wäre schön, wenn du unserem Alter entsprichst.
Gesucht wird eine Frau, denn wir wollen weiterhin eine gemischte WG sein.
Suchen dringend eine neue Mitbewohnerin, weil ich (Shuri) spätestens zum 15.Okt ausziehen will.
Im Badezimmer ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, Badewanne & Dusche.
Toilette ist ziemlich klein.
In Der Küche ist alles, was man braucht. Nur der Kühlschrank ist klein.
PS: im Haus lebt eine Katze, gehört dem Daniel & hält sich deswegen auch die meiste Zeit bei ihm im Zimmer.
