Das Zimmer ist im Wohnheim Pallaswiesenstraße. Es ist möbiliert und du teilst dir den Balkon mit meinem Mitbewohner. Da die Wohnung nur aus 2 Zimmer, Küche und Bad besteht gibt es in meinem Zimmer auch einen Tisch für 4 Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden was zum Wohnen gebraucht wird (Waschmaschinen im Keller).
Das Wohnheim Pallaswiesenstraße ist 5 min vom Herrengarten und 15 min von der der Uni entfernt. Die nächsten ÖPNV Anbindungen sind die Linien 5, 6, 7, 8, L/K, 5515 und 751 mit welchen man jeden Ort in Darmstadt schnell erreicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Vor dem Wohnheim kann man wie alle Studenten sein Fahrrad abstellen (abschließen nicht vergessen). Mit dem Fahrrad dauer es ungefähr 10 Minuten sowohl zum Nordbad als auch zum Woog um schwimmen zu gehen.
Mein Mitbewohner ist 23 Jahre und studiert Maschinenbau und spielt Handball. Er ist sehr aufgeschlossen und Hilfsbereit. Da er tagsüber in der Uni ist, kocht er meist habens und das auch gerne nicht allein. Wir haben meist einen gemeinsamen Abend je nach Bedarfsstand ausgemacht, an welchem wir zusammen die Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Bad und Flur) gesäubert haben.
Es ist auch möglich das Zimmer nur für den August zu mieten. Maximal kann ich das Zimmer möbiliert bis zum 27. September vermieten da danach mein Mietvertrag endet und ich ausziehe.

For people who don't speak German:
I will rent my room till end of september cause I won't be in Darmstadt. The room is located in the residence Pallaswiesenstr. which close to the city center and to university (Campus Stadtmitte). The room is furnished and you have everythink you need for a student life. We have a small balcony that we share as well as the bath and the kitchen. Both have access to the balcony from their room.
