Die WG liegt im Dachgeschoß eines Mehrfamilienhauses in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Hundertwasserhaus.
Neben dem Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Park, der zum Wohnkomplex gehört.
Die nächste Tramhaltestelle ist die Haltestelle Rhönring und ist zu Fuß etwa 2 Minuten entfernt. Von dort erreicht man die Stadtmitte und den Unicampus Stadtmitte in 5 Minuten.
Zum Bahnhof braucht man etwa 8 Minuten.
Innerhalb von etwa 200m erreicht man eine Volksbank und zum Einkaufen einen Aldi.
Das Zimmer ist 19 qm groß. Der Mitbewohner ist sympathisch und eher ruhig.
Kontakt nimmt man am besten per Handy auf, aber bitte ruft nur zwischen 17 und 19 Uhr an.
