The room is located at the attic of our two-storey flat and it has approximately 15-20sqm. Because it has large windows facing east and west, you can enjoy the morning sunrise and also the amazing view as the sun goes down over the roofs of Darmstadt. The sloping ceiling is a charming feature of the room, but because of it no regular wardrobe fits there. But don't worry! The room has built-in wardrobes and shelves and plenty of storage space in the slopes. It also has its own sink.
The WG is located at Johannesviertel, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Darmstadt, where you can easily access the Herngarten by walking only 2 minutes. Also, it has a great transport connection to the main points of the city (bus L and K/trams 3,4,5,7 and 8 run nearby the WG) and you can easily reach supermarkets (Tegut, Netto), restaurants and bakery by walking few minutes.
We are a mix of shine and happy people (half workers / half master students) who like to make use of our cozy and comfortable kitchen where we eventually meet for a cup of coffee (Kaffeevollautomat!) or some beers. We also respect the privacy and closed doors of each others rooms. Also living with us there are Fidel and Eva our two WG-cats who want to be pampered, fed and entertained.
In short, we are looking for a friendly and cheerful person as our new flatmate. It would be nice if you have lived in a shared flat before or have an idea of group housing. We are not the party-animal kinds, but we like to have some few occasional celebrations in the WG and we hope you are in to celebrate it with us. Also, you should have some sympathy for cats and be aware of some tricks (angemampfte plants, stolen socks, litter box ...). Are you interested? If so, we are looking forward to hearing from you.
The flat offers almost everything the heart desires: a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and many other electronic devices, a large bathroom with bath, separate shower, double sink, toilet and washing machine, and also a separate toilet.
