Hi! Da ich kurzfristig zum 01.06. ausziehe wird mein Zimmer in einer netten dreier WG frei. Die beiden anderen Mitbewohner sind ein 24 jähriger Student und ein 32 jähriger Ingenieur. Das Zimmer ist knapp 15 m² groß und ich werde den Kleiderschrank und die Couch hier lassen. Bei Bedarf kann ich das Bettgestell auch stehen lassen, es ist allerdings nicht mehr das Neueste. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, man ist in 15 (Geh-)minuten bei der HDA, in 5-10 min. bei Aldi/Real/Rewe. Zum Südbahnhof, Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es ca.7 min. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in weiteren 8 min am Luisenplatz. Der Mietvertrag läuft vorerst bis Ende Dez. 2014.
