Das Zimmer ist 22qm groß (min. habe das mal geschätzt) und wird ab mitte Oktober frei, da ich mein Studium in Darmstadt (fast) abgeschlossen habe.
Ich habe im Zimmer Laminat verlegt, der rest der Wohnung ist PVC Boden, bis auf das Bad natürlich, dort ist gefließt.
Im Zimmer befindet sich mein großer Schreibtisch, ein 1,40m breites Bett, ein Schrank und ein kleiner Schreibtisch. Die Möbel können übernommen werden, oder ich nehme sie mit, wie gewünscht.
Sehr nah zur Uni Stadtmitte (Mensa, Audimax nur 200m), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zahlreich in direkter Umgebung. Bushaltestelle 50m entfernt.
Zur Zeit wohnen noch drei weiter (männliche) Mitbewohner in der WG. Alle sind, finde ich, sehr nett und ordentlich, dass wird also auch von dir erwartet ;)
