Die 65qm Wohnung (mit Küche, Bad, großer Flur mit Esstisch) liegt im dritten Stock. Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß mit Holzparkett-Fußboden und großem Fenster. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit freundlichen Holzmöbeln (1,40-Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Schlafcouch(1,40) und kleineren Regalen und Kommoden).
Die Wohnung grenzt an die Fußgängerzone und ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Luisenplatz entfernt. Man hat alles in der Nähe: Netto, Rewe, Alnatura, Bäckerei, Döner ;) etc.
Bisher haben in der WG drei befreundete Kommilitonen gewohnt. Ab August bzw. September gehen zwei davon für ein Jahr ins Ausland und wir suchen deswegen sympathische Zwischenmieter. Wir haben gerne zusammen gekocht, gemütlich zusammengesessen oder gefeiert. Jeder konnte sich auch immer zurückziehen, um seine Ruhe zu haben oder zu Lernen.
