Unsere 3-WG befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines baudenkmalgeschützten Hauses. Die Dachschräge beginnt bei ca. 1,20 m. Mein Zimmer hat den Ausblick in die Rheinebene. Die 3er WG besteht eigentlich nur aus zwei Bewohnern, da die dritte Person eine Weltenbummlerin ist. Wir haben eine neue Einbauküche mit allen Elektrogeräten und sämtlichem Geschirr. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und viel Stauraum. Balkon und Keller fehlen, dafür kann man sich für 20 € monatlich einen Fahrradplatz anmieten. Waschraum und Anschluss fehlt, Wäsche ausserhalb waschen und trocknen. Parkmöglichkeit nicht direkt vor dem Haus. Ideale Verkehrsanbindung, sowie Straßenbahnlinie 6/8; Schwimmbad, Lufthansa Training&Conference Center, Krankenhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe!
