Hallo,
ich suche einen Zwischenmieter von 01.10.2019 bis 31.03.2020 das Zimmer ist für sechs Monate oder 1 Jahr zu vermieten. Mein Mitbewohner zieht Ende September
aus, deswegen suche ich nun einen neuen Mitbewohner/in.Das Zimmer ist etwa 16 m2, aber man hat die ganze Wohnung. Die WG ist komplett ausgestattet mit geräumiger Küche inklusiv im Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer mit WC, Balkon und Waschmaschine. FH Darmstadt und Supermärkte sind nur 3 minuten von der Wohnung entfernen.
Die Wohnung liegt in Darmstadt-West. Was sehr toll ist: Rewe ist 3 min zu Fuß, Aldi, Penny und Real 10 min zu Fuß. Bus Haltestellen 4 min ( H-Bus Holzhfallee Haltestelle) oder 8 min ( 7,8, und 1-Bahn Eschollbrücker Str. Haltestelle).Die Innenstadt ( Luisenplatz ) ist in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir machen immer Aktivities, Fußball, Mcfit, und auch grillen im Balkon. Und auch ab und zu Partys.
