Hallo ihr Lieben!
...das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß. Es hat eine schöne, große Fensterfront und einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon. Bett, Regal, Schrank und Schreibtisch bleiben drin.
Das Wohnhaus hat übrigens einen Aufzug mit dem man bequem in den 6ten Stock hochfahren kann! :-)
...die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral im Martinsviertel bzw. Bürgerpark. Das Haus steht direkt neben dem Hundertwasserhaus und bietet einen Panoramablick über Darmcity. Der Aldi ist nebenan und eine Tankstelle und den Tegut gibt es um die Ecke. Die Straßenbahn (ca. 10min bis Bahnhof) ist auch nur 2min entfernt. Falls du ein Auto hast gibt es viele Parklücken direkt vor dem Haus und in der Nachbarschaft. Der Luisenplatz mit seiner Shoppingmeile ist auch nur 10 Minuten entfernt.
...die anderen Mitbewohner sind 2 nette Studenten und eine nette Studentin. Zum WG-Leben kann man sagen, dass gemeinsames kochen, weggehen oder DVD anschauen immer mal drin ist. Alles locker, ungezwungen und unkompliziert.
Wir haben eine Maisonette-Wohnung über 2 Etagen, mit 2 Badezimmern, gemeinsamer Küche und Wohnzimmer mit Essecke.
Es handelt sich um eine möblierte Zwischenmiete.
