Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster, ist möbiliert (Bett, Tisch, Stühle, Schrank etc.) und befindet sich in der dritten Etage.
Allgemein sehr schönes Zimmer in sehr schöner Lage.
Rewe und Bushaltestelle 5 Minuten entfernt, schöne ruhige Lage, mit dem H-Bus 10 Minuten zur Uni.
Weil das ganze so schnell gehen muss, kommt einfach am Sonntag dem 27.10.2013 um 19.00 Uhr vorbei.
Bringt bitte euren Lebenslauf mit einem Bild mit, damit die Vermieterin sich später an euch erinnert.
Ich habe hier 5 Jahre gewohnt und muss sagen, einen ruhigeren Mitbewohner und bessere Vermieterin werdet ihr nicht finden. Wie gesagt 260€ keine Kaution, keine Provision, die Wohnung wäre eigentlich mehr Wert, aber die Vermieterin ist sehr sozial und will Studenten nicht ausschröpfen.
Wir sehen uns dann um 19.00 Uhr.
