Das Zimmer ist ca.17qm groß (Dachgeschoss mit Dachschräge), liegt mit Blickrichtung zum Woog und bietet ausreichend Platz. Dennoch ist es unmöbliert, Du müsstest dir also etwas mitbringen (Bett, Schrank, etc.).
Die Gesamtmiete für das Zimmer beträgt 350€.
Die dunklen Stellen an der Tapete ist Kerzenruß.
Eine vollwertige Küche mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Cerankochfeld, Backofen, etc. ist vorhanden.
Im Bad befindet sich eine Badewanne-Dusch-Kombi sowie eine Waschmaschine .
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4.OG direkt am Ostbahnhof(Woog). Der ÖPNV ist in weniger als 1min. zu erreichen (Bus und Bahn), zum Schloß/Luisenplatz sind es gerademal 5-7 min Fahrtzeit.Die Busse fahren fast im 10min-Takt, die Bahn halbstündlich (also perfekte Verbindungen um Uni, Supermarkt, Bar, Cafe, etc. zu erreichen).
Da wir beide Raucher sind ist das Rauchen in der Küche erlaubt.
Parkplätze sind vor dem Gebäude ausreichend vorhanden.
Ich ziehe aus, d.h. die WG wird spätestens zum 31.03.2018 aufgelöst.
