Möbliertes 14qm Zimmer in netter 5er WG / Nice Furnished Room

Ich biete zum 10.Februar 2014 mein WG-Zimmer in unserer gemischten Berufstätigen-/Studenten-5er-WG zur Nachmiete an. Je nachdem wie schnell ich mit dem Auszug vorankomme, eventuell auch schon zum 8.-9.Februar.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist bereits möbliert*, liegt im beliebten Martinsviertel und ist ein tolles, helles Zimmer mit hoher Decke, einem großen Fenster und Parkett. Die Wohnung wurde 2009 komplett saniert, wir haben 1 Gemeinschaftsbad mit Dusche und Badewanne (sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner) und 2 separate Toiletten. In der komplett ausgestatteten Gemeinschaftsküche (mit Spülmaschine) lässt es sich nett kochen und sitzen, wir haben aber auch ein Gemeinschafts-Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Esstisch + TV. Von der Küche aus kommt man auf einen Gemeinschaftsbalkon, der zum idyllischen Innenhof hin liegt. Rauchen ist auf den Balkonen erlaubt. Ein weiteres Highlight: 1 x pro Woche kommt unsere Perle und bringt die Gemeinschaftsräume auf Hochglanz! Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Martinsviertel mit vielen Kneipen und dem Riegerplatz in Laufnähe. In die Innenstadt kommt man in 15-20 min zu Fuß, eine Bushaltestelle ist Gehminuten entfernt, zur Straßenbahn sind es 10 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in Laufnähe.

Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind 2 Berufstätige und 2 Studentinnen und man trifft sich gerne mal in der Küche um zu kochen oder auf dem Balkon um ein Bierchen oder Wein zu trinken. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG!

*Das Mobiliar des Zimmers umfasst ein komplettes Bett mit Rost und Matratze, einen Nachttisch, ein stabiles hoch angebrachtes Regal an der Wand, ein stehendes Bücherregal, eine große Kommode, ein kleines Tischchen, einen Schreibtisch mit anschließendem Regal für Ordner und einen Bürostuhl. Alles ist sehr gut erhalten und zu haben für eine Abstandszahlung von nur 250€. Falls du auf keinen Fall die Möbel übernehmen willst, lässt sich da aber sicher auch eine Lösung finden.

A friendly 5-room shared-flat is looking for a roommate. The bright room has high ceilings, with a large window and it's completely FURNISHED (with bed, dresser, desk, night stand, bookshelf and desk chair for only a one time fee of 250 Euro!!--a great deal!!)

The apartment was completely renovated in 2009 and has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances (washer, dryer, fridge, and dish washer), a large bathroom with both a shower and a tub, 2 toilets, a living room (with TV, couch and dinner table) that we share, and a wonderful sunny balcony (where smoking is allowed).

Located in the loveliest neighborhood in Darmstadt: Martinsviertel. The apartment is a 15-min walk from downtown Darmstadt, 3 min from a city park, 7 min to Tech.Univ, a 15-min bus ride to the main train station, and only seconds away from the best cafes and restaurants in town.

The roommates range from 22-36 years old. 2 of us are working and 2 of us are mature students. We enjoy spending time together in the evenings on the balcony or the living room, but our bedrooms provide privacy when we need it. A cleaning person comes in once a week to mop, scrub and dust the common areas so we don't have to fight over the chores! It's a great place to live!

To summarize, the room is available starting 10. February. The monthly cost is 378€ for room+utilities+cleaning/month. Upon moving in, you'll pay a one time fee of 250€ for all of the furniture(you can always sell it later), and 500€ deposit which will be returned to you when you move out.
