Die Wohnung ist 100m² groß, hat eine große neue Küche, ein Badezimmer, eine lange Flur und 4 Schlafzimmer. Es wurde in 2012 komplett saniert. Ein Fahrradskeller steht auch zur Verfügung.
3 Minuten von Haltestelle Heinrichstraße (Straßenbahn 3) und 5 von Roßdörfer Platz (Bus K, KU, Straßenbahnen 9 und 2) und von Schulstraße (idem).
30m weg von REWE (bis 24:00 geöffnet).
10 Minuten weg von Stadtmitte.
Optimale Lage für TU-Studenten: die Wohnung liegt zwischen Lichtwiese und Stadtmitte.
Wir sind 3 Studenten der TU Darmstadt aus Frankreich, Spanien und dem Iran. Es ist eine multikulturelle WG, wo Deutsch oder Englisch gesprochen wird. Wir essen oft zusammen und mögen füreinander zu kochen. Ab und zu treiben wir auch gerne Sport zusammen. Wir sind ruhig aber mögen manchmal zusammen etwas trinken.
Wir suchen eine gesellige und nette Mitbewohnerin, damit es eine gemischte WG bleibt. Sie soll das Gemeinschaftsleben mögen. Sauberkeit und Ruhe sind auch erwünscht.
