weil ich für 4 Monate nach Ausland muss, wird mein schönes Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist 15 qm gross und komplett möbliert mit 1,4 m Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Kommode und Buchregal. Die Wohnung findet sich im 3 OG in Mehrfamilienhaus (2 Andere Wohnungen). Die Wohnung besteht aus gross Wohnzimmer, Einbauküche und separat Bad und Toilette. Also es gibt alles du brauchst :)

I'm going abroad for 4 months and that means, that my lovely room is waiting for you for that time. The room is 15 sqm and it's completely furnished with 1,4 m bed, worktable, wardrobe, dresser and bookshelf. The apartment is situated in 3rd upper floor (There are 2 other apartments in the building). There are big living room, fully equipped kitchen and separate shower and toilet. So everything you need is here :)
Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Mitte Darmstadt, also alles was man braucht ist wirklich nur um die Ecke. Zur Luisenplatz braucht man nur ein Paar Minuten zu Fuss und zur TU nur 5-10 Minuten. Die Haltestellen Luisenplatz, Schloss und Schulstrasse sind alle in der Nähe. Zu Lichtwiese braucht kommt man gemütlich mit K-Bus an.
The apartment is situated in the centre of Darmstadt, so everything you might need is just around the corner. Luisenplatz is just couple of minutes walking distance away and you only need 5-10 minutes to TU campus. The tram stops Luisenplatz, Schloss and Schulstrasse are all very close. The connection to Lichtwiese is also very good with K-bus.
Diese WG ist doch keine Party-WG, aber zusammen Kochen und Fernsehabends sind etwas, was wir gern ab und zu machen. Wir verstehen, dass alle ihre eigene Ruhe auch braucht, und es ist ok die Tür auch zu schliessen.
This WG is not a party WG, but we like to cook and watch TV together sometimes. We understand, that everyone also needs her own privacy, so it's totally ok to close to door and also stay in own room.
Das Zimmer kann schon früher frei sein, weil meine Reisedaten sind noch nicht fest. Auch die letzte Tag ist nicht komplett fest :)
