Das Zimmer liegt im 2. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Wohnküche mit Balkon. In der Wohnküche ist eine Einbauküche, die gegen eine Kaution mit übernommen wird. Die Küche umfasst eine Waschmaschine, einen Herd und demnächst auch noch eine Spülmaschine! Von der sehr hellen Wohnküche gelangt man direkt auf den Balkon, von dem man einen Blick ins Grüne hat. Zudem guckt man aus dem freien Zimmer auch direkt auf einen Baum (grün!). Das Fenster des Zimmer liegt nicht zur Straßenseite, sodass man auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Auf Wunsch wird das Zimmer noch komplett weiß gestrichen, wenn nicht, bleibt es so wie es ist (teilweise grün).
Die Wohnung liegt in der Kiesstraße. Man ist innerhalb von 2 Gehminuten am REWE, der von Montag bis Freitag bis 24 Uhr geöffnet hat. Man läuft auch nur 10 Minuten bis zum Luisenplatz bzw 7,8 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt oder ans Schloss. Die nächste Bahnhaltestelle ist quasi vor der Tür (2 Gehminuten entfernt). Obwohl die Wohnung so zentral liegt, ist sie dennoch ruhg. Die Straße wird mäßig viel befahren und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch gut (wenn man ab und zu bereit ist 5 Minuten zu laufen findet man eigentlich immer einen Parkplatz).
