Hallooo!
We are a 3 room WG and soon it's going to be just 2 of us, so looking for a new roommate. We're pretty much an active WG and do a bit more than just living together (keine Zweck-Wg!!!)
The room is 12 square meters in size with a window , laminate flooring and white painted walls .
The kitchen is well equipped with stove , oven, microwave , freezer, refrigerator and dishwasher. Also a washing machine in the bathroom!

Location:
Our house is situated in Rhönring at the end of Heinheimerstrasse. We've got Bäckerei, Aldi, Rewe, transport , cafes and restaurants well within a walking distance and in 15 minutes one can reach the city center or university. In addition, there's a public park for sports and other activities right around the corner.
Flatshare type :
We share grocery and eat together several times a week. With a cosy comfortbale couch in kitchen, we've got friends come over often to cook and eat together, play board games and have a drink!
