Ich suche eine/en Nachmieter/in für ein schönes und großes Zimmer in einer Dachgeschoßwohnung (18,8qm).
Das Zimmer kostet 283 Euro warm. (incl. Internet)!!!
Im Zimmer sind ein paar Möbelstücke die übernommen werden sollen. Ein Sofa, ein Schrank, zwei Kommoden und ein Schreibtisch. (200 Euro).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Martinsviertel. Die Lage ist perfekt für Studenten, da die Uni nur 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt ist. Eine Haltestelle ist aber auch direkt um die Ecke (L-Bus). Mit dem Bus sind es ca. 8 Min. bis zum Luisenplatz.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Rewe befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe Aldi ist auch nicht weit weg entfernt. Zum Nordbad kann man gemütlich in 15 Min. laufen.
Dein neuer Mitbewohner ist suuuuper entspannt und total nett. Zusammen was unternehmen oder einfach nur chillen ist kein Problem. :)
Küche und Bad sind voll ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Im Hof kann man Fahrräder abstellen. Zu der Wohnung gibt es auch einen Keller-/Abstellraum.
Der Vermieter wohnt direkt im Haus und ist sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit.
