The room is fully equipped with bed drawers, big cloth commode, studying table and chair. it has a very good view to the Darmstadt from the top side. and it is all renovated and new. it is just 15 minutes walking to the city center and 10 minutes to the university of Darmstadt(City center campus) and 5 minutes to the Bus stop.
The House is located in the 9th floor and is absolutely clean. You will have access to high-speed internet with 80 GB per month bandwidth and also access to the university network and internet.
Karlshof is well-known dormitory in Darmstadt because of its nice location and a lot of students from all over the world are also living there.
A central washing room is also located in the area which is 2 mins walking away from the building.
The WG location is easy to reach either by walking or by public transport. There are two different Bus lines F and H which are 5 min away from Karlshof and are reachable every 7 min.
There is also a very big and nice Park near it called "Bürgernpark" which has different fields like Tennis, Football, Basketball etc.
There is also a REWE shop which is by 5 min walking reachable.
The WG is clean and it must be kept clean. people there have a weekly plan for cleaning the house and each person takes a part of it to keep the house clean.
