The object is located in the wealthy "Komponistenviertel" which is very attractive due to its central location close to TU Darmstadt and the city centre but also close to the forrest (Fasanerie) and the relaxing areas as Steinbrücker Teich, Oberwaldhaus, Bürgerpark Nord), also close to Rosenhöhe, the artists centre Mathildenhöhe, the new congress centre and the city centre (all reachable in walking distance).
